Refund & Return Policy

At Riche Banaras, every saree is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure exceptional quality.

Returns

We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Without an unboxing video, return requests may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

As our products are handcrafted luxury textiles, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Color variations due to different screen settings
• Minor irregularities in weaving or hand craftsmanship, which are natural characteristics of authentic Banarasi textiles

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchange

Exchanges are available only if an incorrect or damaged product has been delivered.
